By using Neriva, you agree to the following terms.

This is a screening tool, not a medical service

Neriva provides screening interpretations based on the PHQ-9, a validated questionnaire for depressive symptoms. It does not provide a medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, or treatment recommendation. The AI companion is not a therapist.

AI-generated content

Interpretations, recovery plans, companion responses, and weekly reflections are generated by AI (OpenAI or DeepSeek). While we design prompts carefully, AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or unhelpful. Always use your own judgment and consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Not an emergency service

Neriva is not designed for crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services or call/text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Your data

You own your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days; yearly subscriptions renew annually. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
