About Neriva
Neriva is for people who function just fine on the outside — but privately wonder if something is off. It helps you notice patterns in how you have been feeling and gives you a plain-English interpretation of what those patterns might mean.
After you save a screening, you also get a private AI companion in your cabinet: a quiet place to talk things through between check-ins. It remembers your last screening context so you do not have to start from scratch. It is not therapy or a diagnosis; crisis support is always emergency services or 988 in the US.
It is based on the PHQ-9, a validated screening questionnaire for depressive symptoms, combined with a few additional questions to help distinguish between burnout, stress, and depressive patterns.
This tool is a screening and self-reflection experience. It does not diagnose depression, burnout, anxiety, or any other condition.
If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or if you might act on those thoughts, stop using this tool and seek emergency help immediately.
The interpretation provided here is educational and supportive. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
